About booking
No. The fitting is free with no obligation, and leaving with just the written recommendation is a normal outcome.
As quickly as we can during opening hours. If you send this outside hours, we will pick it up when we open — Monday to Friday from 10am, Saturday and Sunday from 9am. If you need an answer now, call.
You are welcome to. But a booked fitting means the floor and a salesperson are yours for thirty minutes with nobody waiting, and the things that might suit you are already out when you arrive.
Say so in the form. If they can come, bring them. If they cannot, bring their height, their weight, and the measurement from the back of the knee to the floor, and we will work from those.
