You can buy a mattress in a box from a website. You can buy a lift chair from a photo. We won’t sell you either one that way, because neither works unless it fits your body.
A lift chair that’s the wrong size won’t lift you. Seat height, seat depth and back height all have to match — get it wrong and you can’t stand up out of it, which is the entire reason you bought it.
A mattress is the same. Firmness on a label means nothing. What matters is how your shoulders and hips settle in at two in the morning, and there’s no way to know that from a screen.
So we do it the slow way. You come in, you lie down, you sit down, and you find out.

No. The fitting is free with no obligation. If we don’t have what fits you, we’ll say so.
Because the honest answer is that it depends on what fits you, and that’s exactly what the fitting is for. We publish what we can — our queen mattress prices are on this page, side by side with Qube’s own published suggested retail. What we won’t do is quote you a chair before we’ve measured you, because the wrong-size chair at any price is a bad purchase.
Dura-Last is a traditional encased-coil mattress and the only line we carry in Full size — the choice there is simply how firm, from Extra Firm through to Plush Pillow Top. Qube is comfort technology, built for adjustable bases, and the choice is feel rather than budget: Indulge is responsive and buoyant, so you sleep on it; Immerse is contouring, so you sleep in it. Within a Qube tier the models cost the same. You don’t upgrade between them — you get fitted between them.
Medicare Part B may cover the seat lift mechanism only — never the chair itself. When it applies, it pays 80% of the approved amount after your Part B deductible, and it requires a prescription from your doctor plus form CMS-849. It must be purchased from a Medicare-enrolled supplier, and it isn’t covered if you’re in a skilled nursing facility, hospice or nursing home.
