Factory direct, and appointment only.
Factory direct means what it says. Qube publishes its own suggested retail on its own website, and our price sits well under it — you can check that in thirty seconds from the parking lot, which is the only reason it is worth claiming.
Appointment only is the harder half. Nothing here sells online, because a mattress and a lift chair are the two purchases that fail most often when they are bought from a photograph. A lift chair that is the wrong size will not lift you, which is the entire reason someone buys one.
So we book thirty minutes, we measure, and you try two or three things rather than a showroom full. You leave with a written recommendation whether you buy or not.
Butte is not a big enough town to sell anybody the wrong thing twice.

Yes. Seat widths run from 18.5 inches up to 29, and two lift chair models are rated to 600 pounds rather than the usual 400. Worth knowing: exceeding a chair’s rated capacity voids the warranty, so this is a measurement we take seriously rather than round up.
Medicare Part B may cover the seat lift mechanism only, never the chair itself, and only when it is medically necessary and prescribed by your doctor. It requires form CMS-849 and must be bought from a Medicare-enrolled supplier. We will walk you through what is involved, but we cannot promise what Medicare will approve.
